Mrs. Soledad Pérez-Galdós Enríquez de Salamanca
Civil Engineer by the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid and graduate in Physics by the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED). She is currently Deputy Head of Planning, also responsible of Traffic, Road Safety and Concessions in the General Directorate of Roads of Community of Madrid, where she has been working for the last decade developing urban and interurban road projects, and involved in design and accessibility management and ITS tools applied to roads. She also worked in construction sector, related to geotechnical instrumentation, infrastructure monitoring, and manager of site quality control in several infrastructure construction, as RCC dam, Madrid Metro 7 and 9 lines and M-45 highway.
Ms. Concepción Iborra Medina
Degree in History by the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia. Complementary studies in Design and Advertising at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. For ten years, starting in 1982, she worked in national and international companies undertaking financial tasks and export sales. From 1993 to 2005 she worked in the Regional Employment Service of Community of Madrid as a technician in advertising, promotion and graphic edition. In 2010 she joined the General Directorate of Roads of Community of Madrid being in charge of financial affairs in R&D European projects such Polymix and New Jersey, both sponsored by LIFE+. She is also editor of contents of the General Directorate of Roads for the official website of the Community of Madrid www.madrid.org
