Prof. Piotr Radziszewski
head of the Road Materials and Technology Division in WUT, specialize mainly in aging characteristic of asphalt and rubber application into the pavement materials (asphalt and cement concrete) and technological issues related to the road construction.
Dr Karol J. Kowalski
holds a Ph.D. degree in civil engineering granted by Purdue University (Indiana, USA). He has been involved in several research projects conducted both in Poland as well as in the USA (Superpave Center). His research topics focus on hot mix asphalt mixtures, noise issues in pavements and operational properties of pavements.
Dr Jan Król
research interest focuses mainly on the microsture and morphological characteristic of binder and asphalt mixes as well as ecologically friendly asphalt technologies (e.g. warm mix asphalt WMA).
Dr Michał Sarnowski
conducts successful research in the area of the new technologies of asphalt binder modifications, including polymers, esters, acids etc. He is also an expert of the adhesion problems related to the asphalt pavements.
