Raquel Casado Barrasa
received her Degree in Chemistry from the University of Castellón (Spain). She joined ACCIONA in 2008 and she is a researcher of the Roads Group since then. R&D; researching in roads, materials science and advanced asphalt pavements. She has a wide experience in national and international research projects mainly related to materials and eco-innovations applied to the construction sector. Prior to her current position she was involved in R&D; and Quality Control in the pharmaceutical sector. She will be responsible for the overall management, communication and coordination of the project.

Víctor Blanco López
received his Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University Rey Juan Carlos I of Madrid Spain). Researcher of the Road Pavement Group within ACCIONA R&D; Technological Centre since 2012. He has previous experience in crude-oil refining and wide knowledge in the development of new materials for roads infrastructures, currently he is working in the field of bitumen modification. He has been involved in several research projects at national and international level, especially related to polymer modified bitumen. He will be responsible of Acciona technical tasks in the project.

Marcella Del Vecchio
PhD in Political Science by the University San Pio V Rome, Italy. She is responsible for the administrative and legal issues during the negotiation phase of European Projects within the FP7 and Horizon 2020. She is administrative and financial responsible of Apse project for Acciona Infrastructures. She has a wide experience in managing international research projects. Prior to her current position she was responsible of public relations at University of Bologna’s Research Center ICECOB (Institute for the Central-Eastern and Balkan Europe).
